"Over the past 4 months, with Pam's wisdom, building blocks and wonderful guidance, I've learned to be kinder to myself, feel good, be present, relish in the journey, and yes, be happy!"

So I met Pam where I have meet all the wonderful woman in my life, on the baseball field.  My husband was her son's coach.  I was immediately drawn to her vitality, humor and love of life.  And what went through my head was, I want some of that! I want to feel that good in my own skin!  I was feeling down, unhappy and discontented with myself, despite what I had on paper as 'the perfect life'. Then I found out what she did for a living through one of her blog posts and I wanted in.  So much resonated with me and it was so REAL, she is so real!

Over the past 4 months, with Pam's wisdom, building blocks and wonderful guidance, I've learned to be kinder to myself, feel good, be present, relish in the journey, and yes, be happy!  Pam digs deep, there are tears and there are laughs and if you are open for this path, it SO SO amazing!

"I recommend Pam to anyone dedicated to achieving the highest and best for themselves."

Over the years I’ve taken dozens of courses, read countless books, and spent a small fortune on self-improvement seminars and techniques.  After I had gradually stopped reading the books, however, and going to the seminars, I realized that I wasn’t really applying the things I had learned. Something was missing and I had never tried a personal coach.  After meeting Pam I was very impressed with her experience and energy and I decided there was nothing to lose and everything to gain.  In only the first session she showed me how to get in touch with my body’s own innate intelligence.  I am very grateful to her for her ability to quickly and easily guide me into this profound and powerful realization.

Simply stated, she helped me to accelerate my personal growth.  I recommend Pam to anyone dedicated to achieving the highest and best for themselves.

And during my months with Pam, she pushed me to see myself, others and life experiences in a different way."

I was introduced to Pam from a friend who answered my question, "Do you know anyone, like a life coach or someone like that who can help me tackle bad habits, bad choices and help me start to eat clean?"  Pam and I talked about food, body image and eating habits in our first session, but she quickly picked up on a much greater need: that I needed to nurture myself in other ways other than eating. And what ensued was a weekly dialogue where we explored my biggest fears, greatest challenges, most intimate insecurities and truest life wishes.  We covered parenting, being a business owner, my post-divorce romantic life and yes, eating. And during my months with Pam, she pushed me to see myself, others and life experiences in a different way.  I had to totally step out of my comfort zone, depart with self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and change my thinking and behavior.  This was not therapy.  This was an introduction to the best version of myself.  This is not a diet plan.  This is learning who you are, what you need and how to get it.  I didn't need to weigh myself because I was getting "lighter" every week.  Lighter in my mood, in my relationships and in my response to every day stuff.  Pam has helped me change and grow immensely and although I will miss our weekly meetings, she is really with me all the time.

"She’s determined to get to the bottom of things, and is patient and authentic in her approach."

My experience with Pam as a coach was amazing.  She’s determined to get to the bottom of things, and is patient and authentic in her approach. We began by getting clear on what I really wanted in my life, and along the way discovered things that were creating roadblocks to my overall happiness and satisfaction. Each week I felt like I was seeing old situations in a new way. Most importantly, she helped me see possibilities in my life, both personal and professional.  I am definitely working toward becoming a person who walks through life with confidence and enthusiasm.  Life will always have challenges, and having a coach like Pam is helping me learn to meet them in a strong but self-accepting way. And BONUS…Pam is so funny.

"Pam encouraged me to fall in love with myself."

Write about my experiences since meeting Pam…I am too busy enjoying them!

I like three letter acronyms. So does Pam. She taught me to APS: Appreciate the Present State. And I am doing just that!

When I sat next to Pam on a flight to Phoenix, little did I know, fate had given me that seat. I have always been a deep thinker, an over-thinker, a wallower. I had been in therapy for years and was feeling stuck. Life felt like it was looming and heavy, at times almost too much. My sadness and insecurities were overwhelming.

Pam and I chatted as two strangers who are suddenly thrown together. Our conversation became more intimate and I quickly realized that she genuinely understands. After one short flight from the east coast to the west, I knew that talking to Pam again would be worth my while.

Over the next few months, Pam encouraged me to fall in love with myself. She took me on a journey of self-worth, guiding me to recognize, appreciate, and celebrate the qualities that I have possessed all along. The language she uses is accepting, welcoming, encouraging, loving, and supportive. She has taught me to be accepting, welcoming, encouraging, loving, and supportive with and for myself.

What’s next? I don’t know. But I can say, with a smile in my heart and butterflies in my stomach, that I am truly excited for the journey.

"She is warm, relatable, full of empathy, and holds no judgment whatsoever."

We dedicated large chunks of our sessions to working through obstacles I faced in parenting, marriage, self-image, and familial patterns - all of which, need to be in alignment in order to feel nourished and whole. Pam is trained in transformational coaching, and I truly felt that the work we did in our sessions was transformative for me on so many levels.

I look at Pam as a coach, mentor, shoulder to lean on.  She is warm, relatable, full of empathy, and holds no judgment whatsoever. What I love about her most is that she lives her truth with honesty and sophistication, and keeps aspiring to be the best version of herself which is inspiring.  I view this last year as "before Pam" and "after Pam", and I am a changed person with all of the knowledge, tools, and support she has provided me.

"Pam is a gem. She is an investment in yourself. that is it. pure and simple."

I had my last session with Pam and feel like I broke up with my boyfriend, lol. Pam is just one of those people you want in your life forever. She tells you like it is (which I LOVE). She does NOT waste your time. Pam is a gem. She is an investment in yourself. that is it. pure and simple. We all spend money on so many things we do not need. Pam is one of the best investments I have ever made.  My 3 months with her were unforgettable and she has fully set me on a path to wellness.  I was so sad to walk out of her office.

"I came to Pam because I didn't feel good. I wasn't happy. Now I can say I feel great and am so happy."

I have been seeing Pam for two months now and she has changed my life. I am not the same Stacy that came to her two months ago. I am a better, more balanced and happier Stacy.

I came to Pam because I didn't feel good. I wasn't happy. Now I can say I feel great and am so happy.

Pam has taught me so much. She has helped me to manage my food choices by focusing on putting healthy food into my body; to manage stress by focusing my obsessive to do lists into manageable daily tasks, to manage my challenging familial relationships by transitioning the negative thoughts into positive and letting things go. She has encouraged me to focus on my body, myself and make myself a priority.

She has taught me to WAIT, the real meaning of FEAR and the importance of using your heart to focus your thoughts.

She has helped me on this journey to become the best version of myself in every aspect of my life and I cannot thank her enough. It's only been two months so far but I believe she has taught me skills that will last a lifetime.

Thank you.

"Pam has given me the strength and confidence to pursue my passions."

As a practicing professional for the past ten years I had recently come to the realization what I had known all along but refused to admit; the career I had chosen was not "me".   I was not happy in my professional career but felt that since I had invested so much time and money to receive my degree that I should "stick it out".  I was leaving my babies everyday to do something that I dreaded. It just did not seem right. Then Pam came along.  In our sessions she helped me realize and accept what I had been suppressing all this time; that I need to follow my dreams and be happy.  Pam takes the time to listen and really hear "you".  She has the uncanny ability to immediately become immersed in you and your story; to understand and connect on deeply personal level and then guide you to happiness.  Pam has given me the strength and confidence to pursue my passions.  Pam is a true gem....we should all be so lucky to have "a little Pam" in our lives ;)

"After meeting Pam and working with her on my own journey I have a new found respect for myself."

I want to thank Pam for her support, understanding and true passion - she has certainly made a huge impact on my life.  Pam puts things into a different perspective and wherever I thought at first "I can't", Pam showed me that "I can." She is amazing and life changing.  I cannot thank Pam enough for her wisdom and insight.  I am continuing my journey every day and am enjoying every minute!!!

Thank you Pam - you have changed my life for the better!!!

"Working with Pam was an eye-opening life changer".

Working with Pam was an eye-opening life changer.  She has an amazing gift of listening to your needs and goals and perfectly aligning her services to help you achieve them. I learned so much about myself through Pam. It was about soul searching. After working with Pam I felt more confident, was a better mother and wife and learned the value of taking time to take care of myself. She never made me feel guilty or ashamed if I had a bad week. Rather she found a way to bring me back to my center and provide me with the tools to get back on track. I highly recommend working with Pam. I am a different person because of her and my outlook on life, family, and myself have all improved for the better!
